To the A.I.R. Staff, You all know you're amazing, right? Thank you so much for all you do for me in my recuperation. I notice and am grateful for all of you. This PT office is exceptional!!!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year! Thank you for all of your caring and continued support.
Terri and Scott B
Thank you very much for your many kindnesses.
Dear AIR Staff,
Thank you so much for helping me get my arm back after having the shingles! I have looked forward to every appointment and will miss the friendly and professional staff. Thanks to you all!
Dear Staff at AIR,
I want to thank all of you who participated in my physical therapy to get my knee ready and strong enough to run the San Francisco 1/2 marathon. The race was on April 3, and I'm so thrilled to say I finished and successfully crossed the finish line! I couldn't have managed it without the care and resources I received from your office. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Should I have any further needs, I will be in contact. 🙂
AIR Physical Therapy Staff,
I want to thank you for helping me all these months. I appreciate your patience and flexibility. You have made this process much less stressful and manageable. You guys are the best at what you do and I am eternally grateful.
I greatly appreciate your care and concern. I enjoyed getting to know you all. Next up is my husband Stephen in a few weeks!
When I came in on 11/23 I was so afraid to move my arm. You all were so understanding and professional. I now know I am on the road to recovery. Thank you everyone.
Merry Christmas and thank you to the wonderful staff of AIR for their kind support and help throughout this past year. Matt has grown and is thriving and continues to do so because of your work.
Matt H. and Family
Dear Doug & Staff,
I just wanted to take a moment and wish you all a Merry Christmas and send best wishes for the new year for you and your families. But more than that I wanted to thank you for getting me back on the right track. When I came in for physical therapy last spring I had been sitting behind a desk for over 25 years and not doing much more exercise than walking to the water cooler. In short I was just a tired old guy who accepted that this is the way it feels when you get to be "my age." I never imagined that exercising to get some back pain stopped would lead me to feeling so much physically and mentally better. I had been an athlete in my younger days but I had forgotten how great it feels to be in good physical condition. The exercises and explanations that you have me helped me get started back on the path to physical well being. I'm not where I want to be yet but am definitely on the way. I don't think I would have ever gotten started if it had not been for your personal and professional approach to my physical fitness.
I have also watched you work with people who are very physically debilitated and seen you give them the same wonderful caring and professional assistance that I experienced. I have watched you engender hope in people in very desperate circumstances and then follow through to be sure that hope was realized. And that includes all of you from the office staff to the therapists. I hope that you recognize that you are changing lives in positive ways every day. When I reach the summit of Mt Whitney next September I will know that I was able to do it because a lot of hard work that I did over the course of the year. But I will also remember that it was you who encouraged, instructed and helped me to be better than I was.
Thank you and Merry Christmas,
Apparently, I graduated! Thank you so much for your help and warm encouragement during my rehab. I hope I can keep improving and make you all proud!
Dear Doug & Heidi,
Words can not express my appreciation for the kindness you showed me during my therapy. I truly enjoyed getting to know you and your therapy team.
I want to thank you for everything you have done for me. Words could not convey the gratitude I feel. Thank you for getting me back on my feet, for encouraging me through rough times, for having the grace to speak the truth, and for always having the lightness of heart to laugh with me. It helped me through this season of my life. As i close one chapter of my life and open the next, I will never forget you and the impact you had on my life. My only hope is that I could give you some small amount of joy and laughter during my stay; it could never measure up to the amount of joy you have given back to my life.
These are only the few things I could out into words, for everything else not conveyed, please know that I am grateful. A company is only as good as its members and you my dear friends have an exquisite team. Never lose faith in the good you are doing or the impact you are having on the lives you are touching. You make the difference in theirs. Do not lose heart or be discouraged by the things you or others endure, instead look to each other, and encourage one another. Help each other so you can help others. I know you did me. Know each of you hold a special place in my heart and are welcome wherever I may be.
Thanks for being so professional and competent! Everyone is nice, helpful and considerate! Hopefully I will be able to keep this aging athletic body in one piece, and will not need your services.
However, if I need PT in the future I know where to turn!
Thanks and my best wishes!
Your PT Team Rocks!
Just want to thank each of you for 'holding my hand’ and helping me to regain strength in my right knee again. It doesn't hurt anymore! It's great to feel "whole" again. Thanks for making it happen.
To Doug and all of his work crew,
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate what you are doing for me. To know that there are people in this world that care about people more than money. I thank GOD everyday for you and your team of employees that I must say all are very personable and caring individuals too. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU!
I wanted to take a moment to tell you thank you...again.
Following my back surgeries in 2002 and 2003, you and your staff were fantastic. You always encouraged me and made me believe I would get better. Sometimes I didn’t believe you, but your attitudes made me want to keep trying. In the years since then, you have always been supportive and helpful whenever I stop in to share some news or ask a question.
Now, I am in the final month of training to run my first marathon. I often think back, reflecting on the last several years and the journey I've been on that began with a sudden stabbing pain in my back on Halloween of 2000. While there were others along the way that helped me reach this moment, and while the path has not been smooth or straight, nothing changes the fact that when I cross the finish line on March 23rd, it will be due in large part to you and John.
I cannot begin to express the gratitude I feel when i think about it all. In the days that I lay on the massage table wondering if I would ever get better, who would have ever believed I would be here today in the final weeks of a marathon training program? Certainly not me! Eleven years ago I was just trying to stay out of a wheel chair.
So, if you find yourself with nothing to do in the early afternoon of March 23rd, I invite you all to be at the finish line of the Modesto Marathon. I anticipate crossing that line sometime between 12:30 and 1:00 PM. I won't be the fastest and I won't have the best form, but I will be thinking of the people who were instrumental in my achievement, and you and John are among those people. Just wanted you to know...
Thank you so very, very much.
